Community Housing Needs Assessment Survey

Homelessness for Indigenous people can be more complex than the lack of adequate housing. It may also involve a loss of connection to Family, Community, Language, Culture, Spirituality, Land and Identity.

This survey attempts to identify the Indigenous experience of homelessness and anyone who is a member of Kijicho Manito Madaouskarini Algonquin Nation can fill out the survey.

The survey will take 5-10 minutes.
